ITT Education
Integrated Teacher Training (ITT) is a comprehensive training program using the exercises developed by Joseph Pilates to understand and appreciate movement with sound biomechanics. This program is for people interested in learning an integrative approach to physical conditioning and corrective therapeutic exercise. This comprehensive program allows you to help your clients reach their potential for healthy, balanced bodies.
We offer two Pilates Certification programs: ITT Mat Trainer and ITT Comprehensive (Mat and Apparatus) Trainer. Each Certification Program has its own prerequisites, required courses and final exam. Certifications are awarded for three years and may be renewed by taking continuing education courses in Pilates-related subjects (see program descriptions below).
All the classes we offer can be taken as individual workshops.
