Master: Assessment
In this class, you will learn to see and understand postural imbalances through the use of static and dynamic assessment techniques that follow a systematic progression. This class includes muscle imbalance patterns, gait analysis, charting techniques, and the development of tactile and visual assessment skills.
Master: Core
What does training your "core" really mean? By learning new exercises to help recruit the body's core muscles, along with special skills and information about the anatomy and biomechanics of the core, you will help your clients develop deeper facilitation of the body's essential core strength.
